Terms of use
These terms apply to the StemAlbum app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies.
Using the app
StemAlbum is a personal photo journal for plants. You may use it for your own plants, and not to break the law or to abuse the analysis service.
Plant analysis
Identifications and comparisons are suggestions produced by an AI. They can be wrong, and they are not advice about plant care, safety, toxicity or edibility. Do not rely on them to decide whether a plant is safe for people or pets. During testing the service is limited, may be paused, and can change.
Future purchases
If StemAlbum later sells analysis packs, the price and what you get will be shown in the App Store before you buy, payment is handled by Apple, and these terms will be updated first.
Your photos
Your photos and journal are yours and stay on your device. Keeping them safe is up to you; we cannot recover a journal that was lost with a device or a deleted app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@stemalbum.app.
