Where are my photos stored?

Inside the app on your iPhone. They are not in iCloud and not on any server. Deleting the app deletes your journal, so keep that in mind before you remove it.

Can I move my journal to a new iPhone?

Not yet. There is no backup or sync in this version.

The plant suggestion is wrong.

Suggestions come from an AI and can be wrong. Pick another one, search the catalogue, or type the name yourself — your choice is what's saved.

Analysis says it isn't available.

During testing, analyses are limited per day to keep costs in check, and the service can be paused. Your photos are still saved; try again later.

How do I turn off analysis?

Settings → AI suggestions. With it off, nothing is ever sent.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a plant to delete its photos, or delete the app to remove everything. See the privacy policy for the analysis records we keep and how to have them removed.
